This is the fourth Akron Mini Maker Faire (#AkronMiniMakerFaire) that I have attended at the Akron-Summit County Public Library Main Library (@AkronLibrary). The Akron Mini Maker Faire is a very impressive Maker event, and I always enjoy it. The library reported that more than 1,600 people attended!
The Akron Mini Maker Faire is a free, family-friendly event to make, create, invent, learn, craft, recycle, think, and play. Presented by the Akron-Summit County Public Library and Maker Media. This year, it was fun that the Akron Mini Maker Faire was held on November 12, 1016, since this was the week after the Cleveland Mini Maker Faire. This made November 2016 the Maker month in Northeast Ohio!
What follows are photos, videos, the participant list, and tweets/retweets from the day. I had a great time talking to many of the creative people who had displays at the event. I have gathered this information to keep alive my fun memories from the day, and to encourage others to attend future Akron Mini Maker Faires.
